DIVO Boutique is looking for an E-commerce Assistant to join as an intern, supporting the digital team of divoboutique.com. The selected candidate will work alongside the team and be involved in the main activities related to the management of the online shop and digital channels.
Main responsibilities:
- Writing and uploading product descriptions on divoboutique.com using the Atelier98 management system
- Verifying online products and monitoring their publication
- Customer care and client support
- Order management: processing, shipping, and coordinating returns/exchanges
- Supporting the upload and scheduling of social media content
Profile sought:
We are looking for a versatile, curious, and quick-learning person, with strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Professionalism, responsibility, and strong familiarity with digital tools are required.
Key requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong digital skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite
Working hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
