DIVO Boutique is looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our stores in Santa Maria a Monte and Pontedera. You will become part of an established team, helping to ensure a high-level shopping experience for our customers.

Main responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Take care of store layout and organization
- Manage and organize the stockroom
- Maintain the store’s visual image

Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of industry brands
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and sales orientation
- Ability to work in a team with precision, reliability, and flexibility
- Multitasking ability and good organizational/problem-solving skills
- Basic IT skills
- Good knowledge of English

Working hours:
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Availability to work on Sundays

DIVO Boutique is looking for an E-commerce Assistant to join as an intern, supporting the digital team of divoboutique.com. The selected candidate will work alongside the team and be involved in the main activities related to the management of the online shop and digital channels.

Main responsibilities:
- Writing and uploading product descriptions on divoboutique.com using the Atelier98 management system
- Verifying online products and monitoring their publication
- Customer care and client support
- Order management: processing, shipping, and coordinating returns/exchanges
- Supporting the upload and scheduling of social media content

Profile sought:
We are looking for a versatile, curious, and quick-learning person, with strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Professionalism, responsibility, and strong familiarity with digital tools are required.

Key requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong digital skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite

Working hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

DIVO Boutique is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team at our headquarters. The selected candidate will be a key point of reference for managing administrative and accounting activities to support the company.

Main responsibilities:
- Managing ordinary accounting
- Preparing and filing accounting and administrative documents
- Supporting accounts payable and relationships with suppliers
- Organizing daily work activities
- Preparing periodic reports for cost control and analysis

Profile sought:
We are looking for a precise, reliable, and well-organized person with strong problem-solving skills and excellent ability to manage priorities. The ideal candidate is autonomous, responsible, and has good communication skills to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and external consultants.

Key requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles
- Knowledge of general accounting and main tax obligations
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of administrative management software and ease with digital tools
- Knowledge of English
- Precision, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
