Payments and Refunds
The following payment methods are accepted for online orders:
-Credit card or Pre-paid card
You will be charged, when placing your order, in the same currency as the prices you see on the website.
- Credit Card
When products are purchased using a credit card, the transaction may be performed via the PayPal secure server or another secure server as chosen by Divo.
Customers may pay via PayPal in accordance with the specific methods set by the same
- Bank Transfer
In case of purchase by bank transfer, the customer shall see the bank details during check out. Payment must be issued within and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order confirmation, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled. Any bank transfer fees and/or currency exchange fees charged by your bank will remain entirely your responsibility. The shipment of the goods will take place only upon actual receipt of the payment (1-2 working days for Immediate Bank Transfer, 3-4 working days for Ordinary Bank Transfer).
Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall DIVO be able to access the customer's credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. No electronic record of said details shall be held by DIVO and therefore under no circumstances shall DIVO be held liable for any fraudulent and unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
DIVO shall refund the customer (excluding shipping costs) using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. DIVO will refund the customer within and no later than 14 days from the date on which the product/s reached our warehouse and only if the product/s will be found intact. The customer will normally see the credit on his/her bank or PayPal account within the following 7 business days, however please do consider that these times are subject to banking procedures that may vary. If you do not see your refund within 14 days from delivery of your return, please contact us.
If the customer has received the wrong product/s or damaged product/s, please indicate so as the reason for the return when writing the return request, then follow the same process described in the Returns and Exchanges paragraph.
The customer shall be liable for a reduction in the value of products due to use other than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. Accordingly, if the products returned are found to be damaged, with some missing components and accessories, or not to be accompanied by the enclosed instructions/notes/manuals, by the original packing and packaging and by the warranty certificate, where present, the customer shall be liable for the reduction in the value of the product and shall be entitled to a refund of the residual value of the product. DIVO reserves the right to verify the condition in which products are returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal and to inform the customer by e-mail of any reduction in the value of the products.
