RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGINGS
The customer may withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason, without the need to provide justification, and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date the product is delivered.
DIVO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet its return policy. If the return is not in compliance with our return policy, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. Moreover, the customer shall be liable for a reduction in the value of products due to use other than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If the Products returned are found to be damaged (e.g., with signs of wear and tear, abrasions, scrapes, scratches, deformations, etc.), not to include all of their components and accessories (inclusive of unaltered labels and tags attached to the Product), or not to be accompanied by the enclosed instructions/notes/manuals, by the original packing and packaging and by the warranty certificate, where present, the Customer shall be liable for the reduction.
Accordingly, if the products returned are found to be damaged (e.g., with signs of wear and tear, abrasions, scrapes, scratches, deformations, etc.), not to include all of their components and accessories (inclusive of unaltered labels and tags attached to the Product), or not to be accompanied by the enclosed instructions/notes/manuals, by the original packing and packaging and by the warranty certificate, where present, the customer shall be liable for the reduction in the value of the product and shall be entitled to a refund of the residual value of the product. DIVO reserves the right to verify the condition in which products are returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal and to inform the customer by e-mail of any reduction in the value of the products.
Please keep in mind that returned items can only be shipped from the same country the original order was delivered to.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please note that shipping costs for the return of the product/s shall be borne solely by the customer.
Returning an order is very easy. To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer shall:
- Send us a notice of withdrawal via e-mail at customercare@divoboutique.com indicating your order number and the reason of withdrawal
The customer shall ship the product/s at his/her expense, within and no later than 14 business days following the date the product/s is delivered by shipping it/them to:

The above deadline shall be considered to be met if the customer ships the product/s within 14 business days after the dispatch of the mail, regardless of the date on which the product/s is/are actually delivered to DIVO. Returns will be under his/her responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend that the customer keeps a tracking number. Any other costs related to returns from non-EU countries are to be fully paid by the customer.
Once the returned product/s has been checked, provided that the requirements have been met, DIVO shall refund the customer. Please read Payments and Refunds paragraph for further details.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Before returning a product, please make sure that it respects all the conditions listed below.
Good/s must be returned intact, with all parts and in its/their original packaging (including any documentation and accessory items: labels, cards, tags, seals, etc.), kept and used, where appropriate, for the time strictly necessary to determine and verify its/their nature, characteristics and size, without any signs of wear and tear or dirt and should cover the original wrapping of the products with other protective packaging to keep it intact and protect it during transport, including text and labels. If the customer is returning footwear, please note that the shoe box must be considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself. DIVO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet its return policy.
Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in their unopened and undamaged packaging.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried over your own garments. We will not accept any return that has been worn or that is soiled.
Products purchased online on our website www.divoboutique.com cannot be returned to DIVO, DivoDì and DIVO Pontedera stores.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not allowed.
