Shipments



All orders placed on our online store will be delivered via DHL Express at the shipping address you indicated when placing the order. Shipments and deliveries are only made on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to track your order as soon as he courier takes over the parcel/s.

Delivery times are approximate and may slightly vary depending on the courier and country of delivery.

DIVO will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of products, or failure of delivery of products, which is not predictable or attributable to the same (eg: customs clearance, strikes, bad weather or any other event that make it impossible for the product to be delivered on time).

The delivery times indicated by DIVO shall be regarded as merely indicative and not binding on DIVO. Accordingly, delay with respect to such delivery times shall not entitle the customer to refuse to accept such delivery and demand compensation or indemnification. DIVO therefore cannot be held liable for any losses or damages suffered by the customer due to delays in the delivery of the products unless such delay is due to willful misconduct or negligence by DIVO. Upon delivery of the Products, the customer shall verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged. Any damages to the packaging and/or the product or mismatches between the number of parcels and the quantity indicated shall be noted immediately by adding a specific annotation to the shipping document for the product to be returned to the carrier. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.

Furthermore, during August shipments and deliveries may be subject to changes due to summer holidays. Customers will be notified in advance.

Finally, we remind you that delivery times are calculated from the time when the goods are picked up by the courier. For orders placed by credit card and Paypa, 24-48h must be added for normal administrative checks before the goods is shipped. In order to proceed with the shipment of orders placed by bank transfer, it will be necessary to wait until the amount is actually transferred to our bank account (3-4 business days). Orders placed after 12:30 CET on Friday and between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
