PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

The following payment methods are accepted by divoboutique.com:

CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD / PREPAID CARD

Divo Boutique accepts all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, a secure and certified platform that ensures the highest level of transaction security, offering strong protection of customer data.

If sufficient funds are available and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly.

Customer Service representatives at divoboutique.com are not authorized under any circumstances to request or accept credit card numbers or related validity information.

PAYPAL

If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website, where you can log into your account and complete thepayment. You can choose to pay the full amount or use PayPal's ‘Payi n 3’ installment service.

SCALAPAY

This is a financing method that allows you to purchase and receive products up to €1,500.00, paying in 3 equal monthly installments.

Upon confirming your order on the website, you will be redirected to Scalapay, where you can log into your account or create a new one. Once payment is confirmed, the first installment (equal to one-third of the total order value) will be charged immediately, with the remaining two installments charged in the following two months.

This service is available in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Finland.

KLARNA

Klarna is a payment service that allows customers to shop online and pay in 3 easy installments.

This payment option is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

In Italy, Klarna offers three services: Pay in 3, Pay Now, and Pay Later.
- Pay in 3: splits the purchase into 3 interest-free installments, charged every 30 days.
- Pay Now: allows immediate payment using a card linked to your Klarna account.
-Pay Later: enables online purchases with payment up to 30 days later, with no interest or fees.

For other European countries, available payment options will be
displayed at checkout.

SATISPAY

Instant payment via app: simple, secure, and convenient.

GIFT CARD

Gift cards are electronic vouchers consisting of an alphanumeric code corresponding to a specific value. Enter this code at checkout to apply the credit.
Gift cards must be used exclusively for purchases made in the country in which they were originally issued.
They cannot be redeemed or transferred for use in other countries.

USER INFORMATION

Divo Boutique uses the latest payment data protection systems. Data encryption renders the information unreadable by DIVO Boutique and any third parties, ensuring the total security of all transactions
and information provided at the time of purchase.
At no time during the payment process will Divo be able to access your credit card details, which are transmitted via a secure connection directly to the bank handling the transaction.
No Divo database stores this information, and Divo cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties during payment.

INVOICE

You can request an invoice during the checkout process.

At the ‘Payment’ stage, provide your billing address and make sure to fill in the required fields for ‘Tax Code or VAT Number’ and ‘PEC email’.

If these additional fields are not filled in, the invoice cannot be issued.

REFUNDS

- During the return request process, you can choose your
preferred refund method: either a refund to the original payment method or a gift card. If you opt for the gift card, you will receive an email with a voucher for the paid amount (excluding shipping costs) to use on future purchases.
- Refunds are issued after the returned package has been received and the returned items have passed quality control.
- The full amount paid for returned products will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost.
- The refunded amount will appear in your account within approximately 5 business days and will also be visible on your next bank statement. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
- The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.
