PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

The following payment methods are accepted by divoboutique.com:


CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD/PREPAID CARD

When placing an order online customers are required to enter their credit card details into a protected online banking system provided by PayPal Commerce (https://www.paypal.com/it/business/platforms-and-marketplaces).

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express are accepted.

If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. 

The divoboutique.com customer service agents will neither ask for nor accept credit card numbers or expiry dates.


PAYPAL

When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to your Pay Pal account. Here you can enter your credentials and pay for your order. You can choose to pay the full amount or use the Paypay 'Pay in 3 instalments' service.


SCALAPAY

This is a financing method that allows you to purchase and receive products up to an amount of € 1.500 by paying them in 3 convenient equal monthly installments.

Upon confirmation of your order through the website, you will be redirected to Scalapay where you can access your profile or create one. Once payment has been confirmed, you will be charged the first installment (equal to a third of the total value of the order) while the following 2 installments will be charged in the following two months.

The service is available in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Portugal and Finland.

USER INFORMATION

Our site uses the most advanced payment security systems. Data encryption makes them unreadable to both DIVO Boutique and any third party, ensuring total security of all transactions and information provided at the time of purchase.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall DIVO be able to access the customer's credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. No electronic record of said details shall be held by DIVO and therefore under no circumstances shall DIVO be held liable for any fraudulent and unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.


INVOICE

You can request an invoice during the purchase process.

Once you have placed the items in your shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, select the "Request Invoice" option in the "Billing" step. Here you ave to insert the informations needed to create the appropriate electronic invoice.

Due to above restrictions any invoice requests made after a purchase has been completed cannot be processed.


REFUND

• divoboutique.com will refund the price you paid at the time of purchase (shipping cost excluded) for the returned items. We will deduct the return cost (shipping cost and customs fees for the return to Italy) from your refund.

• Remember that shipping costs incurred when ordering will not be refunded.

• divoboutique.com shall refund the customer using the same methods of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.

• Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

• Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

• Refund will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by divoboutique.com. It will take place within 5 business days.

• The refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 7 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the banking system used.
