Returns and refunds
A return fee (including shipping and customs duties tax to return the item to Italy) will apply and must be paid at the end of the online return request process. Returns have a fixed cost of €55 and are handled by UPS courier.
To request a return online:
1. Visit this link and enter your order number along with the email address used at the time of purchase
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. If you are requesting a return, choose your preferred refund method: original payment method or store credit (gift card).
If you choose store credit, you will receive a gift card via email for the amount paid (excluding shipping fees), which can be used for future purchases
4. Then, select your preferred return method:
- Drop-off at a UPS Access Point
- Home pickup by courier
5. You will receive an email with yournUPS return label. Please print it and attach it to the parcel, making sure to cover the original shipping label.
Note: Only one return label is issued per order, so all items must be returned in a single shipment.
6. Prepare your package and return the item using the same protective box in which you received your order (or a smaller box if you are returning only one of two items)
7. Once your return has been delivered to our logistics center, our team will inspect the product. If it is in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Please note that returns of underwear are not accepted.
Exchanges are not accepted.
FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN DECEMBER 1 AND 31, DIVO BOUTIQUE EXTENDS THE RETURN PERIOD UNTIL JANUARY 15
Our standard return policy of 14 working days will apply again to items purchased from January 1, 2026
- You may return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days from the delivery date
- Returns must be shipped from the same country and address to which the order was originally delivered
- Each item can only be returned once
- Exchanges are not allowed
- The security tag must be intact and attached to the returned items
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, including:
- the original label and tags
- authenticity certificates (if provided)
- original packaging and all accessories (such as dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) intact and undamaged
Please note: branded shoe boxes are considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or used as the outer shipping box - Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Specifically:
- Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as the external shipping package.
- Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts, or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear - Underwear is not eligible for return
- Any security seal attached to the item must remain intact and must not be cut or removed
- Items showing any signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
- We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns and/or returns not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on our website.
If a return does not comply with our policy, the items will be sent back to the shipping address specified in the original order at the customer’s expense.
In cases where an unauthorized return is accepted, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund to cover administrative costs and/or restocking fees for missing items. - Refunds for returned items will exclude the original shipping costs
- During the return request, you will be able to choose your preferred refund method:
- Original payment method
- Store credit (gift card)
If you choose the gift card option, you will receive a digital voucher via email for the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), which can be used for future purchases - The refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items, once they have passed our quality inspection
- Once the return is approved, the full amount for the returned items will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency used for the original purchase. Any differences resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded
- The refunded amount will be available to customers within approximately 7 days and reflected in their next billing statement. Processing times may vary depending on the banking system
