Returns, exchanges and refunds

How to request a return

Returns and exchanges have a €10 fee, payable at the end of the return/exchange request process, and are handled by UPS.
If you choose to receive your refund as a Gift Card, the return is free.

To request a return or exchange online:

1. Access this link by entering your order number and the email address used during purchase.

2. Select the item you wish to return.
In case of exchange, you can indicate the item you wish to replace it with.

3. In case of return, choose the refund method.
If you choose the gift card, you will receive an email with a voucher for the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs) to use on your future purchases.

4. Next, you can select the delivery method:
- delivery of the package to a UPS point
- home collection
- delivery to one of our stores (if you choose this option, returns are free)

5. You will receive an email with the UPS label to apply to the package, covering the old shipping label.
Please note: Only one label is generated for each order, so all items must be returned in one package.

6. Prepare your package and make sure to return the item using the same protective box in which you received your order.

7. Once the package has arrived at our logistics center:
- In case of return, you will receive confirmation by email and the refund will be made within 5 working days
- In case of exchange, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return and the tracking number to follow the shipment of the new requested item.

NB Please note that shipping costs incurred at the time of ordering will not be refunded.
NB Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted for underwear

Return conditions

FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN DECEMBER 1 AND 31, DIVO BOUTIQUE EXTENDS THE RETURN PERIOD UNTIL JANUARY 15
Our standard return policy of 14 working days will apply again to items purchased from January 1, 2026

• You can return your order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of receiving the package.

• Returns can only be made from the original country and delivery address.

• Returns are not possible for underwear.

• Items must be returned in perfect condition, with:
- original labels
- certificates of authenticity (if present)
- original packaging and accessories (e.g. dust bag) intact and undamaged.
The shoe box is considered an integral part of the product: it must not be damaged or used as return packaging.

• The items must not have been worn, washed or altered. In particular:
- the soles of the shoes must not show signs of use
- Swimwear must be returned in its original packaging, with the hygiene tag intact (if applicable).

• The security seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or do not comply with the conditions indicated above.
In this case, the items will be returned to the sender at the original address.

In the event that we exceptionally decide to accept a non-compliant return, we also reserve the right to withhold part of the refundable amount in order to cover any administrative costs and/or restocking costs for missing parts.

Refund Policy

• When requesting a return, you can choose your preferred refund method: refund to the same payment method used for the purchase or via gift card.
If you choose the gift card, you will receive an email with a voucher for the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs) to use on your future purchases.

• The refund for the return will be made after receiving the package and only after quality control of the returned items.

• The amount relating to the returned products will be fully refunded with the exception of the original shipping cost, incurred at the time of the order.

• The refunded amount will be available in your account in approximately 5 business days and will be visible on your next statement. The crediting time may vary depending on the banking network used.

• The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
