SHIPPING
All products purchased on our online store divoboutique.com come from our official boutiques in Santa Maria a Monte and Pontedera and will be delivered to you via DHL Express (for Italy) or Fedex (for all other countries) to the address you indicate on the order form.
Our online store ships throughout Italy and worldwide, with a few exceptions. We are temporarily unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Brazil, American Samoa, Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the US Virgin Islands, Cuba, and Guam.
Shipments are made only on weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding national and local holidays (no shipments or deliveries are made on holidays).

Please note that the following days are holidays in Italy and the courier does not ship:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
During sales, promotions, and holidays, shipments may be delayed. DIVO is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or force majeure beyond the control of divoboutique.com (e.g., customs checks, strikes, weather events, or natural disasters that prevent delivery of the product on time).
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
Shipping times may vary depending on the country selected and the delivery times indicated below are calculated from the moment the goods are collected by the courier.
Please note that Divo will ship orders placed by the same customer and destined for the same address in a single package.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be free if the free shipping threshold is reached:
Free shipping on orders over 400 EUR.
For smaller orders, the shipping cost is 25 EUR.
Delivery time: 2–3 working days.
Our catalogue and services on divoboutique.com will be updated if you change country.
Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain invoices or any other documentation indicating the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item.
Once the order ships, customers will receive an email from divoboutique.com with the tracking number to monitor the shipment. You can check your tracking at any time on the DHL or Fedex courier websites.
Upon order delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the parcel BEFORE signing as proof of delivery.
Should for whatever reason the divoboutique.com parcel or the packaging look tampered with, customers are requested to either sign for the package with reservation or refuse the delivery.
In the event that the delivery of the parcel has been accepted and signed with an unknown party’s signature or if there is
evidence that the package has been tampered with, customers are requested to open a claim immediately with the courier and contact divoboutique.com at the email address: customercare@divoboutique.com
When a reception desk or a concierge is
available at the delivery address, the courier shall be entitled to deliver the
package to the staff in attendance.
In the event that the parcel or the items inside are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing, customers are requested to retain the packaging for further checks.
Any claim concerning damages, missing items and/or delivery to a wrong address shall be noticed and received by divoboutique.com within a maximum of 7 days from the order delivery date on the
courier website, and failure to comply to this term will result in the claim not being accepted.
Should parcels not be successfully delivered to customers address for reasons depending on customers (incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absent at address, non-compliance with import
regulations) as per divobutique.com commercial agreement, parcels might risk being returned to sender at customers’ expense. In such a case shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from any possible refund to customers.
